NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES – IN NO EVENT SHALL CONVEKTA LTD. This Limited Warranty is void if failure has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. The customer’s sole remedy is return of the price paid or repair or replacement of defective merchandise. LIMITED WARRANTY – Manufacturer warrants that the enclosed SOFTWARE will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials and that the supplied media will be free from defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the SOFTWARE.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS – You may not rent, lease, or license the SOFTWARE but you may transfer the SOFTWARE and accompanying materials provided that you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement. You may not copy the written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE. You must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material except that you may install the SOFTWARE onto a single computer, provided that you keep the original CD solely for backup or archival purposes. and is protected by British Copyright Laws, international treaties, and other national laws. COPYRIGHT – The SOFTWARE is owned by Convekta Ltd. LIMITED USE LICENSE – This agreement grants you the right to use one copy of the enclosed program (the SOFTWARE) on any single computer provided that the software is installed on only one computer at a time.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PROMPTLY RETURN THE SOFTWARE AND ALL ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS TO THE PLACE YOU OBTAINED THEM FROM FOR A FULL REFUND.
